Countries? We ship almost anywhere. If for some reason we can't ship to your country, the order will not be processed and you will be notified.

Couriers? We use Aramex "Express" for just about everything. We use Fed EX for jewelry. USPS may be used in very rare cases when necessary.

Delivery Time Frame? We usually get the item shipped out within 24 hours. Aramex Express takes approximately 5 business days. Fed Ex jewelry orders may take longer. (Inquire)

Customs Duties? Possible, but highly unlikely. Almost all shipments make it through customs without any problems. However, we cannot guarantee that your shipment will not be flagged. If so, your government may impose a small fee, which is usually reasonable. We do everything in our power to make sure this does not happen.

Many have died as a result of some very brutal winters recently, but they are valuable animals and they are looked after. People often mistake pashmina for shatoosh. Shatoosh is banned from sale.
