* Kashmir pashmina accepts exchanges only postmarked no later than 10 days after the purchaser takes receipt of said items. Please notify us immediately via email if this is the case. *Important Points To Note! The shawls must not be washed, worn or in any way compromised or degraded. Kashmir pashmina reserves the right to deny any exchange at its own discretion. *Policy for Exchanges: Notify us via email of your intention to exchange an item. So please inquire about these costs prior to ordering.
