Store Policies

* Kashmir pashmina accepts exchanges only postmarked no later than 10 days after the purchaser takes receipt of said items. Please notify us immediately via email if this is the case.
 
*Important Points To Note!  
The shawls must not be washed, worn or in any way compromised or degraded. Kashmir pashmina reserves the right to deny any exchange at its own discretion.

*Policy for Exchanges: Notify us via email of your intention to exchange an item.  When we receive the package back, we will issue you a store credit minus our actual shipping costs" and a 3% restocking fee. This applies even though your item may say free shipping. So please inquire about these costs prior to ordering. After an item has been exchanged once, you may not return or exchange the item again.

*Policy For Returns: We do not accept returns due to the high cost of shipping and transaction costs.

*Exchange Instructions:

1. Email the store about your intentions prior to sending.
   
2. We will send you an address for you to ship the items back.
   
3. Insure the items for the full amount of your credit.
4. Keep these receipts so that you can be reimbursed by the carrier if the items are lost or damaged in transit.
   
5. Request a signature confirmation from us upon delivery.
6. Wait for notification that items were received.
