kashmir pashmina accepts returned items or exchanges postmarked no later than 10 days after the purchaser takes receipt of said items. The items must not be washed, worn or in any way compromised or degraded. kashmir pashmina reserves the right to deny any return at its own discretion. All shipping charges are non refundable. Please email customerservice@kashmirpashmina.com prior to returning any items. For saftey and insurance that what you are ordering is something you really want, just ask for more photos. I have no problem emailing you some more pictures. If your item is lost or damaged by the shipping carrier, please understand that it can take up to 6 weeks to process the claim. No refund will be granted prior to a claim being approved.
